Goods Terms

Prices
The prices payable for the goods that you order are set out in Rhysko.com. If an item is under priced Rhysko.com will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated under price, provided that you are notified before the goods is dispatched. All prices are expressed excluding any VAT. The price of the goods does not also include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on the website.
Availability
If any item is unavailable for supply Rhysko.com will notify you as soon as possible.
Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and Rhysko.com unless and until the goods are dispatched to you. At any time before dispatch Rhysko.com may decline to supply the goods to you without any reason.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completion form within 7 to 21 calendar days. Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or by any form of postage/delivery provided that any additional costs will be made before such dispatch. Rhysko.com will not be liable for loss or delay caused by the Royal Mail or delivery services or arising out of any cause beyond Rhysko.com.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 28 calendar days from the date of purchase by forwarding an email to Rhysko.com. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order provided that the goods are not used, damaged and still in the original packaging you must return the goods in perfect condition together with original packaging to Rhysko.com to the address specified on the website and your credit or debit card will be credited with the price of the goods within 30 calendar days beginning with the date the goods are returned and received by Rhysko.com.
If any cancelled item is not received by Rhysko.com within 14 calendar days from the date of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund will be made. Lost goods on return will be your sole responsibility and Rhysko.com will not be liable and no refund will be made.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return an item you must do so within 14 calendar days of the delivery. Loss of the goods on return will be your sole responsibility and Rhysko.com will not be liable and no refund will be made.
Payment
You can pay by any credit/debit card. Rhysko.com uses PayPal secure site for all credit/debit card authorisations and transactions. You will be charged for payment once made. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order.
If you wish to make payment by cheque please make the cheque payable to Rhysko and address to Rhysko - all about people, P.O Box 59, Banstead, Surrey SM7 3WT.
If payment for goods is made by cheque delivery of the goods will only be available on receipt of cleared funds by Rhysko.com.
Rhysko.com liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant item.
General
These Goods Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English Courts.
All use of your personal information will be made in accordance with Rhysko.com Privacy Policy.
